Cooking Directions

  1. Boil chicken stock, lemon grass, lime leaves and sliced galangal until boiled. Add shrimp, straw mushroom, stir blend with juice, SUNSAUCE suki sauce and SUNSAUCE Karieng chili sauce.
  2. Pour the soup into the bowl, stir and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
