Cooking Directions
- Soak vermicelli until wet and drain off water.
- Deep-fry vermicelli in hot oil until puffed, remove and drain off oil.
- Fry pork slices, shrimp, and tofu until they have yellow color and look crispy, drain off oil!
- Stir beaten eggs until mix well, pour in strainer and spay in hot oil, quickly spoon up and drain off oil and slice in thin strips. Set a side.
- Simmer SUNSAUCE Karieng sweet chili sauce in the pan until it becomes thick, add fried vermicelli to the sauce and mix quickly so that they are evenly coated. Place on a serving dish, sprinkle with the garnish of fried pork, fried shrimp, fired tofu and shredded eggs. Serve with bean sprouts and chopped Chinese leek.
