Cooking Directions
- Marinate snapper in SUNSAUCE Suki Sauce for 10 minutes. Fry marinated snapper in hot oil until done, drained off the oil.
- Place lettuce, onion slices, tomato and fried snapper on a bread and cover with another bread, cut in 4 parts, put on platter. Repeat the process until done. Ready to serve.
