Cooking Directions
- Clean the butterfish and use the knife to slit both sides of the fish to make it cook quicker.
- Set a pan on medium heat and pour about 2 cups of cooking oil into the pan. Wait until the oil is hot, then put the fish into the pan and fried for 8 minutes. Then turn the fish and fried for another 5 minutes to get golden brown deep fried butterfish.
- Dissolve the cornstarch with ¼ cup of water.
- Stir fry onion, tomato, and pineapple in hot oil until smell fragrant, add dissolved cornstarch with 3 spoons of SUNSAUCE Karieng sweet chili sauce and repeat stir-fry until cooked. Spoon up and dress on fried butterfish. Ready to serve.
